The rules for using Alloland. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Alloland is
Alloland is a platform that lets people (Explorers) find and book sessions with other people (Guides), and offers an AI concierge that answers questions from a curated set of facts. We provide the platform. We are not a party to the sessions between Explorers and Guides.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or endanger others.
3. Guides
Guides are independent individuals, not our employees. They share personal experience and must describe themselves honestly. A Guide must not give advice they are not qualified to give, must respect the people they meet, and must not ask for money, documents or personal details outside what a session needs. Sessions are currently free of charge unless a Guide states a price, and any payment arrangement is between the two people until we offer payments on the platform.
4. Bookings
Sessions can be booked only at times a Guide offers. Depending on the Guide, a booking is confirmed automatically or after the Guide accepts. Explorers can cancel or reschedule free of charge until 12 hours before a confirmed session; Guides can cancel at any time before it starts. Requests a Guide does not answer expire automatically.
5. The AI concierge
Answers come from a curated collection of facts with named sources and a last-checked date. They are general information, not legal, tax, medical or immigration advice, and rules change. Confirm anything that matters with the official source or a qualified professional. We do not guarantee that answers are complete or current.
6. Content and conduct
You are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or abusive, and do not use Alloland for spam, harassment or to bypass its safety measures. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it. For a slight breach of an essential obligation we are liable only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for what Explorers and Guides say or do to each other.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under Account & privacy. We may end or change the service; we will give reasonable notice where we can.
9. Governing law
German law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
